My Name is Marcy Rios-Baker, otherwise known today as Marcy Rios. I am the CO-Founder, Vice President, CO-CFO, and Executive Administrator of The Organization of Bakers Concepts and Affiliated Companies LLC., DBA., BC&ACI.
When I joined this organization on March 11, 2000, I never thought BC&ACI would be this big of an Outreach Ministry and Company. I never thought my best friend would significantly impact the world. So bluntly, Pastor Daniel Baker is my husband. It happened that way, and we are outreach ministers and business partners. I am the Co-founder of this organization and manage everything related to the humanitarian and financial aspects. Unlike my business partner, I am straightforward, blunt, and law-and-order. I have a passion for helping others and animals, and I am a girl in the family. When I am not working, you can find me being a bionic woman somewhere tropical, helping others by volunteering in the community or ministering to women needing tough love and transformation.
The bottom line is that my best friend and I have been together for what seems like 100 lifetimes. We started this Company when I was a nursing and psychology enthusiast and worked at Boston Medical Center in Boston, Massachusetts. My Best friend, Pastor Danny Baker, took me worldwide to see the top companies in affiliate marketing, direct sales, network marketing, and e-commerce marketing. I instantly fell in love with it.
I have also been involved in churches and worked in many missions with my best friend, ministry, and business partner. So well, Benjamin, our child in coon was growing, and I helped Pastor Danny create this ministry and Company, and it’s still part of y dream today.

Besides being in the affiliate marketing, direct sales, e-commerce, and network marketing industry, I have worked for the following companies: Wendys™, Dunkin Donuts™, Burger King™, Alamo Rental Car™, Sears™, Stop & Shop™, Centurylink™, American Express™, Hilton Grand Vacations™, Marriott Vacation Club International™, Crossmark™, Boston Medical Center™. Through these companies, I have 23 years of experience in Executive Management, Consultative Sales, Transactional Sales, CFO, Financial Controller, and a bonded agent… I am also a Pastor at BCMI Ladies Ministries.
I graduated from Penn Foster High School in 2008. I am attending Sothern New Hampshire University pursuing a Psychology and Sociology Masters Degree. I am studying to be a veterinarian and have personally graduated from multiple management, business, sales, and customer service training courses thus far. I have years of experience professionally through employers through my involvement in affiliate marketing, direct sales, and e-commerce marketing.
